Caldwell Publishing is located in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. This year
we are excited to introduce our Chocolate Favors lollipop division. Our
lollipops are personalized and come in a variety of flavors and colors.
They are a great idea for party favors for any event, special
occasion and budget. We also offer non personalized lollipops
which make great gifts. We love making lollipops and we believe
you'll love the lollipops we make!
Frequently Asked Questions
What will my
lollipops look like?
We will email you a
proof of your lollipop for you to approve before we begin printing. If you
don’t like it, we’ll change it.
How long will it
take to receive my lollipops?
After we approve
your image and text (no copyrighted prints please) and the order is paid, we
will begin the printing process. Depending on the size of the order and time of
year it should take one or two weeks to ship out your order.
Can I use a printed
photograph?
Yes, we can use
printed photos for your chocolates. Simply mail us the photo along with your
order number and we will do the rest. Our mailing address is found on the
“contact us” page of our site. We will return the photo with your personalized
chocolate order.
Can I use a digital
photograph?
Yes! This is what we prefer. Digital photos should be 300 dpi (dots per
inch) or greater. E-mail
your photo to sales@caldwellpublishers.com The sooner we receive it the sooner we can
begin your proof.
If I don’t have a
photo, what can I use?
You don’t have to
use a photo. You can use just words or
we can put clip art to your words. We
will still send you a proof before printing.
Do you accept rush
orders?
Rush orders are
accepted for a 15% premium. When ordering, please indicate “rush” in the special instructions text box in the on-line
order form. We will attempt to get your
order out within one week. We do reserve the right not to accept rush orders
during busy times in order to be fair to other customers.
How do you ship the
products?
We ship via UPS.
On the on-line order form, please select overnight, 2 – 3 day or ground delivery. We carefully package your lollipops
so they arrive in the condition you can enjoy them. During summer months when
the temperature can rise above 85 degrees, we suggest that you select overnight
delivery. We will not be responsible for
melted chocolate.
Are the chocolates
nut-free?
We do not make any
products with nuts.
Do you offer volume
discounts?
We are willing to
offer lower rates for larger orders. Contact
us for a specific quote.
